Nightvisiting: The Hauling Home
The latest edition of Lisa Lambe’s acclaimed Nightvisiting project. Originally commissioned by the National Famine Museum, this performance continues the tradition of gathering around the hearth — weaving together heartfelt ballads, lively tunes, and age-old stories passed down through generations.
This year, Lisa turns her focus to The Hauling Home — the joyful tradition in folklore, a post-wedding ritual celebrating the bride’s journey into her new home. Through stirring songs, spirited music, and richly told folklore, she brings this once-common custom back to life in a magical and unforgettable performance.
Immersed in tradition and ignited by her deep roots in Irish folklore, Lisa is joined by world-class musicians Claire Sherry Eoghan Scott and Vincent Lynch for a moving celebration of heritage, memory and song.
Music in the Mountains Festival 2025 – Headline Concerts
October 10–12 | Dublin Mountains
The Dublin Mountains will be buzzing this autumn as Music in the Mountains Festival returns for its second edition, October 10–12, 2025. Across the weekend, venues from Taylors Three Rock to Johnnie Fox’s will host an exciting programme of music, culture, and community.
At the heart of it all are two unmissable ticketed headline concerts:
🎶Mundy – Saturday, October 11, 8pm, Taylors Three Rock
One of Ireland’s most iconic performers, Mundy first made waves with his debut single To You I Bestow (featured on Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet soundtrack, which sold over 11 million copies worldwide). Since then, he has released multiple acclaimed albums, earned gold and multi-platinum records, and given us timeless hits like July and his rousing version of Galway Girl with Sharon Shannon. With a CV that includes touring alongside Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and R.E.M. – and even performing at the White House for President Barack Obama – Mundy remains a powerhouse of Irish live music. His Taylors Three Rock show will be a night to remember.
 Lisa Lambe – Sunday, October 12, 8pm, Johnnie Fox’s
Renowned for her spellbinding voice and stage presence, Lisa Lambe brings her unique blend of folk, roots, and contemporary sounds to the Dublin Mountains. Her live shows are celebrated for their beauty, intimacy, and emotional power – the perfect festival finale.
